Over the past two weeks I’ve been experimenting with baking sourdough bread. I was always attracted by the idea of baking my own bread, especially since the bread in the supermarkets here is not that great. However, like many of those things, I tried it a few times and then stopped doing it. This time however, it’s a different story. I started with creating a sourdough culture. This is the base for all sourdough loafs, and it takes a while to get going.
